Some of you may have received an orange postcard from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board. Satellite technology shows your parcels look irrigated but are not listed in the PNSSNS database. This can happen if you did not accurately list your irrigated acreage parcel numbers or if you farm rice. Do NOT ignore. Call the Regional Water Board at the phone number listed on the orange card (916-464-4611) and get your name off their "ding" list before fines ensue! As a member, you have met the Irrigated Lands Program requirement for discharge waiver and the Regional Water Board will remove you from their "ding" list. Newsletters Subwatershed News is published bi-annually. Click on the issue to view or print. Spring 2009
